Now Accepting Film Submissions

The Alexandria Film Festival is now accepting submissions for its 20th festival, November 13-15, 2026. Local, national, and international filmmakers are encouraged to submit short and feature films of all genres on FilmFreeway. There are four submission windows for the festival, starting with “Early Bird” and ending with “Extended Deadline.” Filmmakers are notified of their acceptance in early September.

• June 1: Regular Deadline
• July 1: Late Deadline
• August 1: Extended Deadline
